Rob DiCicco is Corporate Controller for KEA Technologies. Prior to KEA, Rob was the Corporate Controller for OmniGuide, a private equity backed medical laser company in Lexington, MA. While at OmniGuide, he worked in an M&A capacity during two of the firm’s acquisitions. In addition, he brought the firms audits current, which enabled the financing to take place for both acquisitions.
From 2013 to 2016, Rob worked as a Consultant providing controller services, financial planning & analysis, consolidations and technical accounting work for firms such as: Shire Pharmaceuticals, Perkin Elmer and KEA Technologies. From 2007 to 2013 Rob was a local Controller and later Global Finance Manager for Covidien. As Global Finance Manager for the Soft Tissue Franchise, his scope of responsibility included over 500 million in revenue.
